The Bermuda Triangle Tournament will be held each Tuesday night at 119 Front Street from January 20th - February 24th. This is a standard Chess tournament with 6 rounds of 90 minutes each. The start time will be at 6:30 PM, all interested players are asked to turn up at 6:00PM.

The Blitz Tournament will be held on Tuesday January 13th at 119 Front Street. This is an unrated Chess tournament. The start time will be at 6:30 PM, all interested players are asked to turn up at 6:00PM.

Bermuda Chess Association is pleased to announce a new Academic Scholarship being made possible at the Bermuda College for students pursuing International Business. Don’t Play Yet? Don’t Worry! The Christmas Chess Tournament will be held each Wednesday at 119 Front Street, starting on November 25th. This is a Standard rated Chess tournament with 4 rounds, ending by December 16th. The start time will be at 6:30 PM, all interested players are asked to turn up at 6:00PM.

Chess Is LITT (Lost in the Triangle) is putting on a special event this December - Chess Winter Camp. Starting on Thursday December 18th, children aged 7 - 12 can participate in the Chess Winter Camp, up until Wednesday December 31st. The camp will be held at Harrington Sound school from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We have staff who are both CPR and SCARS certified. Registration is $250 each for the camp. Starting on November 15th, the Bermuda Chess Association will launch the first Bermuda Women's Chess Championship at Warwick Academy. This tournament will be a 2-day tournament, which is FIDE-rated. FIDE tournament rules will apply. On Saturday at 9:30AM, the tournament will begin and go until all games for that day are finished. Then on Sunday the final matches will occur and the awards will be presented by no later than 5:30PM. Each game will be time-controlled to be 1 hour
